About Us

The Warburg Seed Cleaning Co-op (WSCC) was established over five decades ago through the efforts of local farmers who wanted to be able to clean their seed locally. With the help of the Provincial government and Leduc County, the Warburg Seed Cleaning Co-op was incorporated January 1964.

Since 1964, WSCC has made significant investments to increase our efficiency, meet our customers changing needs, and keep current with the changing farming environment. Some examples over the past few years include investing in new equipment or equipment upgrades, and increasing our storage and warehouse capacity. Our willingness to evolve and change is integral to our long-term sustainability. We are committed to providing maximum value to our 600+ shareholders and our other customers.

WSCC provides a variety of services and products, such as:

  • Cleaning and sorting
  • Seed treating and testing
  • Pedigreed seed and forage seed sales
  • Feed sales and service
  • Herbicide and fertilizer sales
  • Equipment rentals
  • Buying and selling grain
